b) Consideration of approving a contract with TetraTech to provide financial management services for non-debris expenses incurred from Hurricane Matthew.

c) Consideration of awarding the fence replacement for James Street Park to the sole, responsive bidder, Dave’s Fence, not to exceed $49,750 utilizing Alternate 5 materials.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA COMMENDING THE FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF CITY CLERKS FOR ITS 45 ANNIVERSARY. TH First and only reading.

e) ORDINANCE NO. 17-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, MAKING A SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES ON SOUTH RIDGEWOOD AVENUE FROM MIXED USE 1 TO COMMERCIAL – I.E., 1701 – 1707 SOUTH RIDGEWOOD AVENUE, A COMBINED TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 5.9 ACRES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First Reading.

f) ORDINANCE NO. 17-02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES ON SOUTH RIDGEWOOD AVENUE FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO BUSINESS GENERAL COMMERCIAL (BGC) – I.E., 1701 – 1707 SOUTH RIDGEWOOD AVENUE, A COMBINED TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 5.9 ACRES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First Reading.
