    1. Case 2019-06: 628 Clairmont Lane, hard roof screen enclosure rear yard variance
      This is a request for a rear yard variance submitted by Victoria Reese, property owner of 628 Clairmont Lane. The property is zoned R-1C (Single Family Residential).  Article IV of the Land Development Code, Section 5.5(E), Figure 5, requires a minimum rear yard setback of 25.0’.    The applicant is requesting a rear yard variance to construct a 12.0’ x 24.0’ hard roof screen enclosure at a final rear yard setback of 13.8’.  The variance requested is for 11.2’ to the required minimum 25.0’ rear yard setback.
