    AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA REPEALING ORDINANCE 16-10 WHICH ESTABLISHED A TWELVE MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE GROWING, PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING, DISTRIBUTING, DISPENSING AND SELLING OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (Tabled during the second reading/public hearing on August 8, 2017)

    A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL MILLAGE RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First and only reading. Public Hearing.

    b) RESOLUTION NO 17-19
    A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First and only reading. Public Hearing.

    c) RESOLUTION NO. 17-24
    A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, WAIVING FORMAL BIDDING OF CONTRACT(S) FOR THE REMOVAL OF DEBRIS CAUSED BY HURRICANE IRMA AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH CONTRACTS FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND/OR DEBRIS REMOVAL TO ENSURE THE PUBLIC’S HEALTH, WELFARE AND SAFETY. First and only reading.
