  2. REGULAR AGENDA
    1. Consideration of approving the City’s Driveway Improvement Program designed to assist property owners with the cost of expanding their existing driveway to allow for additional vehicles to be parked on a hard surface by offering a 12-month interest free loan to be paid in equal installments on the subject property’s utility bill. City Council approved April 13, 2021.

    2. Consideration of awarding the annual South Daytona Community Trust Scholarship for 2021.
