        1. The Blaine O’Neal Memorial Golf Tournament is set for Saturday, October 16th at Cypress Head Golf Club. All proceeds benefit the South Daytona Community Trust furthering their efforts to support the residents of South Daytona.
        2. The City of South Daytona presents our annual Drive-Thru Boo Halloween Event on Friday, October 29th at Reed Canal Park from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Enter the park from Reed Canal Road and drive thru a series of ghostly displays designed to be fun for all ages with candy being given out at each stop.
        3. The City of South Daytona will host our annual BBQ and Bluegrass Festival on Saturday November 20th from 10:00am until 6:00pm at Reed Canal Park. BBQ teams will be competing in a Florida BBQ Association sanctioned competition. Come enjoy some excellent BBQ from one of the many food vendors, activities for the kids, an arts and craft festival and listen to several of the top Bluegrass bands from around the state.

Those matters included under the consent agenda are self-explanatory and not expected to require discussion for approval. Items will be enacted by one motion.       3. Consideration of approving a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Façade Improvement Grant at 1835 South Ridgewood Avenue in the amount of $5,000 for the replacement of an existing pole sign with a ground monument sign as was previously presented in tonight’s C.R.A.G. meeting.

D.  REGULAR AGENDA

      1. Consideration of approving a Special Event Permit application involving outdoor amplification at 919 Reed Canal Road (Reed Canal Park) on Saturday, November 20, 2021, between the hours of 11:00 am and 6:00 pm for the City of South Daytona’s BBQ and Bluegrass Festival.
