Resolution No. 2020-10; a Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, acknowledging that the City of South Daytona is operating under the County of Volusia’s Declaration of State of Local Emergency, including all extensions, related to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in coordination with the emergency declarations of the Office of the Governor for the State of Florida and the President of the United States of America to safeguard the lives and property of its residents; and providing an effective date.  First and Only Reading.
