IN OUR EFFORT TO REDUCE THE USE OF PAPER, THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA WILL BE MOVING TOWARD A DIGITAL ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.

WHILE WE CAN NOT OFFER A CITIZENS PORTAL FOR SUBMITTALS, WE WILL BE ACCEPTING EMAILED SUBMISSIONS OF ALL APPLICATIONS AND PERMIT DOCUMENTS.

PLEASE EMAIL ALL APPLICATIONS AND SUBMITTALS TO
PERMITS@SOUTHDAYTONA.ORG

APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE IN SEPARATE PDF FILES.

ONCE NOTIFIED THAT PERMITS ARE READY TO BE ISSUED, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE PAYMENT AND NOTIFY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
WE WILL THEN EMAIL YOU THE PERMIT AND STAMPED DOCUMENTS WHICH YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRINT AND HAVE ON SITE PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST INSPECTION.
