    1. Case #17-02: Request for Extension for Fences and Shed Variance Order for 2350 South Palmetto Avenue
      This is a request by Ronix, Inc., property owner of 2350 South Palmetto, South Daytona, Florida 32119 for an extension of the subject previously approved Variance Order.

    2. Case #1803: Request for Extension of Fence Variance Order for 1736 Jacobs Road
      This is a request by Lewis and Vicki Leonard, property owners of 1736 Jacobs Road, South Daytona, Florida 32119 for an extension of the subject previously approved Variance Order.

    3. SUB #2020-010: Green Acres Subdivision Extension, Preliminary/Final Plat
      Mike Zimmerman, applicant on behalf of Joseph and Carol Saba, property owners, of vacant land located at the north west corner of the Beckman’s Mobile Home Park Unrecorded Subdivision No. 216, requests Preliminary/Final plat approval of the Green Acres Subdivision Extension.  The applicant seeks a Minor Subdivision to divide ±1.2 acres of vacant land into 6 lots.  One lot is proposed to be subdivided into a 19,704 square foot lot with the remaining 5 lots consisting of 6,582 square feet each.  The subject property is zoned MHS (Mobile Home Subdivision) and Section 2.2, Figure 2 - Dimensional Standards of the Land Development Code requires a minimum lot area of 4,000 square feet for each newly created lot.

    4. LDC 2020-11: CRA Overlay Zoning District Adding Prohibited Uses
      Land Development Code Amendment: Article V. Zoning Regulations, Section 5.5 Schedule of zoning district regulations, S. Community redevelopment district overlay of the Land Development Code (LDC) l. Smoke Shop/Tobacco Store, E-Cigarette/Vape Shop, Smoking Bar/Lounge. Definitions for purposes of this section will be included in item “l”.
