a) ORDINANCE NO. 13-06
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12-14 SETTING FORTH REVISED APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND CAPITAL OUTLAY FOR THE FOLLOWING FUNDS: GENERAL FUND, GRANT FUND, POLICE CONFISCATED FUND, PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND, REDEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND, TRANSPORTATION FUND, CAPITAL PROJECT FUND, UTILITY SERVICE FUND, ELECTRIC UTILITY SERVICE FUND, INTERNAL SERVICE FUND AND COMMUNITY TRUST FUND AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, DURING AND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2012 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2013; PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First Reading.

b) Consideration of awarding Sparks Concrete, LLC the contract for construction of the Ridge Boulevard Shared Use Path not to exceed $425,757 and authorizing contract negotiations for inspection services not to exceed $55,000 to Infrastructure Engineers, Inc. with both awards subject to final approval of the Florida Department of Transportation.

c) Consideration of approving an Agreement for an Easement Grant to accommodate the installation of sewer and water lines from Opportunity Court to Venetian Apartment complex at 3230 S. Ridgewood Avenue.

d) Consideration of approving a modification to the buffering requirement in constructing Portofino Square's overflow parking lot at 998 Gary Boulevard.
