    c) Consideration of awarding the Reed Canal Stormwater Control Facility Rock Wall Repair to Sparks Concrete, not to exceed $27,500.

    d) Consideration of awarding the Reed Canal Park Wood Bridge Pile Replacement to Daytona Dock and Seawall, not to exceed $43,000.

    e) RESOLUTION NO. 18-06
    A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM REFUSE COLLECTION RATE FOR MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First and only reading.

    f) ORDINANCE NO. 18-03
    AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 4 (ANIMALS AND FOWLS), ARTICLE 1 (GENERAL) DELETING REFERENCES TO VICIOUS ANIMALS AND UPDATING REGULATIONS TO CURRENT PRACTICES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First reading.

    g) Consideration of identifying the location for the FDOT Regional Trail Alignment program.

    h) Consideration of approving a succession plan for the recruitment of a city manager.
