    1. Ordinance No. 2020-04; An ordinance of the City Council of the City of South Daytona, Florida amending Section 5.10 (Building Permits and Inspection Fees) (F) (Placard Fee) of the City’s Code of Ordinances creating the procedure for inspections when a placard and all associated documents are not posted in a conspicuous place easily accessible by the inspector as required by the Florida Building Code; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. Second Reading. Public Hearing. Passed first reading on January 14, 2020.

  4. REGULAR AGENDA

    1. Resolution No 2020-04; A resolution of the City Council of the City of South Daytona, Volusia County, Florida, adopting a fee schedule for Community Development Department administrative actions aka development application process schedule of fees; providing for repeal of resolutions in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
      First and Only Reading.
    2. Consideration of approving the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2019 and the Independent Auditor’s Report as presented by James Moore.
    3. Consideration of approving the restructuring of the Public Works Department.
    4. Consideration of approving the reclassification of the Staff Assistant II position in the Community Development Department to a Permit Technician position with an increased pay grade.
