Community Outreach

  • Phone:

The City of South Daytona recognizes the need for assistance in providing a coordinated outreach program which would aid homeowners that are financially constrained with repairs to their homesteaded property. The City is now able to be even more pro-active in identifying and aiding low income residents through this outreach assistance program.

The City will aid low income residents in gaining information about available assistance and aid in preparation of applications. The Community Development Department is serving as a clearinghouse in regard to home repair programs. The Community Development Department will make determination in regard to which organization or agency can best serve to resolve a situation.

The City believes that by providing information, educating the public, and facilitating referrals, the City can bring the proper resources together to properly assist citizens in our community.
