Ordinance No. 19-24 - An Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida creating Section 6-29 (Mandatory Fire Inspections) to establish an obligation for the Fire Marshall or their designee to conduct routine fire inspections of all commercial structures in the City; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.   Second Reading Public Hearing. Passed first reading November 12, 2019.
       
    2. Ordinance No. 19-25 - An Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida revising Section 6-20 (Open burning prohibited) to limit the type and size of wood burning fire pits allowed to be used within the City; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.  Second Reading Public Hearing. Passed first reading November 12, 2019. 

  5. REGULAR AGENDA

    1. Resolution No. 19-35 approving a financial contribution to the First Step Shelter, Inc. for assistance with operating costs during FY 2019/2020 and setting forth an effective date.  First and Only Reading.
