- Approval of minutes: City Council Meeting – September 29, 2020
- Consideration of reimbursing Integra Land Company, the developer of the apartment complex at 3230 South Ridgewood Avenue, a total of $24,500 for undergrounding utilities that are beyond the required project site frontage.

- Ordinance No. 2020-17 an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of South Daytona, Florida, amending Chapter 4 (Animals and fowls), Article 1 (General), Section 4-8 (Keeping livestock or reptiles prohibited) and Section 4-13 (Number of dogs, cats, and rabbits that may be kept at residence) of the Code of Ordinances to allow for the ownership of pot belly pigs on residential lots under certain conditions; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. FIRST READING.
- Consideration of approving the acquisition of a drainage right of way behind the homes along Pope Avenue from Valencia to Reed Canal Road from Volusia County.
- Discussion of the Request for Proposals (RFP) drafted for contractual legal services and job description for full-time City Attorney.
