      4. Consideration of allowing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute a Planned Commercial Development (PCD) Master Development Agreement (MDA) that was an integral part of Ordinance No. 18-05 passed and adopted on July 10, 2018 but never recorded.

      5. Resolution No 2020-27 a Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, authorizing the Mayor to execute a one-year renewal to the Interlocal Agreement for Distribution of Proceeds of Local Option Fuel Tax; providing for repeal of resolutions in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. First and only Reading.

    4. PUBLIC HEARINGS

      1. Ordinance No 2020-08   an Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida, amending Article II, Chapter 105. (Parks and Recreation) of the Code of Ordinances to update the Parks, Recreation, and ADA Advisory Board; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.    Second Reading. Public Hearing. Passed first reading July 28, 2020.

    5. REGULAR AGENDA

      1. Consideration of appointing two alternate members to the Parks, Recreation and ADA Board.   

      2. Ordinance No 2020-16  an Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida, Amending Article V, Zoning Regulations, Section 5.6(E) of the City’s Land Development Code to allow fences in front yards; repealing all inconsistent ordinances or parts thereof; providing for severability; and setting forth and effective date.   First Reading. 

      3. Ordinances No 2020-18   an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of South Daytona, Florida, amending the Code of Ordinances, Section 7.5 Traffic/Parking Management, B. Parking Control (6) Location of Parking Spaces; adding F. Parking Standards for Commercial Zoning Districts and providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.  First Reading.
