A meeting of the South Daytona Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at
6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1672 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida.

    3. Approval of CRAG Minutes – September 29, 2020


    1. Consideration of approving a Facade Improvement Grant in the amount of $5,000 for the installation of decorative exterior lighting and painting of the building with a Mediterranean theme at 333 Beville Road.

    2. Consideration of reimbursing Integra Land Company, the developer of the apartment complex at 3230 South Ridgewood Avenue, a total of $24,500 for undergrounding utilities that are beyond the required project site frontage.
