    5. Consideration of approving the purchase of a Service Truck for the Deputy Building Official in the Building Department as budgeted in the current fiscal year.

  5. REGULAR AGENDA
    1. Resolution No. 2021-01: A Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, approving a Special Exception for an Automotive Parts - service and installation use at the property located at 2444 South Nova Road and related site plan; establishing conditions and an expiration date of approval; providing for conflicts, severability and an effective date.  First and only Reading.

    2. Resolution No. 2021-02: A Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, extending the protections and relief offered by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) for three months expiring on March 31, 2021; providing for repeal of resolutions in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. First and only Reading.

    3. Resolution No. 2021-04: A Resolution of the City of South Daytona, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Fiscal Year 2020-21 Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement for the replacement of the playground equipment at Riverfront Veterans Memorial Park; providing for repeal of resolutions in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. First and only Reading.

Ordinance No. 2021-01: An ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida, amending Chapter 4 (Animals and Fowls), Article III (Care and Treatment), of the City’s Code of Ordinances by adding Section 4-79 (Prohibition of the Unrestricted Tethering of Animals); providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing for an effective date.  First Reading.
