    3. Approval of minutes: City Council Meeting – October 22, 2019
    4. Resolution No. 19-31 – Authorizing the City Manager to sign a Contract Renewal with the Florida Department of Transportation to compensate the City for mowing of South Ridgewood Avenue (US1) and Nova Road (SR 5A).  FIRST AND ONLY READING.
    5. Resolution No. 19-32 - Authorizing the City Manager to sign a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Subrecipient Agreement with Volusia County for the improvements of the Jones Street drainage system and stormwater pump.  FIRST AND ONLY READING.

  4. REGULAR AGENDA
    1. Authorization to release a lien created by a civil penalty issued by the City for the removal of a tree without a permit at 3417 Country Manor Drive.
    2. Ordinance No. 19-24 – An Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida creating Section 6-29 (Mandatory Fire Inspections) to establish an obligation for the Fire Marshall or their designee to conduct routine fire inspections of all non-homesteaded structures in the City; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.  FIRST READING.
    3. Ordinance No. 19-25 – An Ordinance of the City of South Daytona, Florida revising Section 6-20 (Open burning prohibited) to limit the type and size of wood burning fire pits allowed to be used within the City; providing for severability; providing for conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date.  FIRST READING.
    4. Consideration of approving the purchase of a Pierce Enforcer Custom Pumper Fire Truck utilizing grant funds for an amount not to exceed $502,991.
    5. Review of the financial performance of our Parks and Recreation Department over the last two fiscal years and the establishment of policies and procedures to ensure the long term viability and success of our athletic programs.
    6. Resolution No. 19-34 – Consideration of waiving formal bidding procedures in lieu of utilizing a sole source and approving a contract with Sunshine State Officials Association, Inc. for flag football referee and scorekeeper services for the fall 2019/2020 season.  FIRST AND ONLY READING.
