A. FOSTER WAY – RECOMMENDATION FOR FUTURE PROJECT ON PARCEL 5344-16-00-1133.

This is a discussion item regarding City owned property located on Foster way at Parcel 5344-16-00-1133. There are two offers for purchase of this property, one commercial and one residential. Staff is looking for the Planning and Appeals Board to make a recommendation to the City Council on which property will be most appropriate for surrounding land uses.
